Jon is a respected leader, mentor, Canadian Armed Forces Veteran, and experienced healthcare executive with 25 years of experience.​

He has successfully led teams greater than 1,000 people in size, and optimized budgets > $80 million. Throughout his career he routinely led and consulted on large scale service expansions and capital projects.

 

Jon excels at leading operational improvement, strategic planning, execution, and team facilitation.​

Jon is an equity advocate. He is an ally of the LGBTQ2S+ community, and strongly supports Indigenous Treaty Rights and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada's Calls to Action.
